About Me: I'm Mr. Smith, a 7th & 8th grade English teacher with 15 years of experience. I believe that all students can learn to love reading and writing, and I'm passionate about creating a classroom environment where students feel safe and supported to take risks. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, reading, and spending time with my family. This year, I'm excited to focus on helping my students develop their critical thinking skills and their love of literature.
